Our program is built on strong networks both regionally and nationally. During our Pilot Year, in 2012, we reached out to partner organizations across the country to host The Bauta Family Initiative on Canadian Seed Security, building their capacity to work on seed issues, and making the most of their existing relationships. This has created a program that is nationally cohesive while being responsive to the needs of each community we serve.
